Brownie Cake

Preheat the oven on 175 degrees Celcius. Use a small piece of paper and some butter to coat the inside of the bakingshape with a little amount of butter so the cake won't stick to the bakingshape to much.

Break 175 gr of dark chocolate in pieces and place them in to pot to melt it down on low heat. Add the butter and the sugar as well and stir slowly until the chocolate is fully melted.

When the chocolate mixture is nicely melted, take of the heat and add the 3 egg yokes, flower and remaining chocolate in pieces and mix it thourghly through.

Stiffen up the egg whites of the 3 eggs and spoon it through the chocolate mixture gently.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the bakingshape and bake for around 35 to 40 minutes, till the top has a nice crust.
